Expanded States Breathwork

An experiential practice that engages unconscious, somatic, and transpersonal processes.

For those ready to experience themselves beyond thinking mind.

Breath & evocative sound support access to expanded states of consciousness.

Expanded States Breathwork engages the body and mind together, creating the conditions for expanded states of awareness and deep inner exploration of what remains in the unconscious.

Rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and the body’s innate intelligence.

This practice offers a space to work with one’s own nervous system, relational patterns, and lived experience directly.

Thursdays 7pm GMT / 8pm CET | live online session (no recording).

The Art and Science of Breathwork

The combination of physiological, neurochemical, and psychological processes in Neurodynamic Breathwork facilitates an expanded state of consciousness. These changes include.

  • Decreases in CO2
  • Changes blood ph alkalinity
  • Surge in dopamine and adrenaline
  • Limbic system activation for emotional release
  • Parasympathetic activation for deep rest & integration

Equally important is the subjective experience which often feels beyond explanation.

I'm Fiona a NeuroDynamic Breathwork facilitator, Relationship Mentor & Yoga Teacher.

My approach is grounded, non-intrusive, and deeply respectful of each person’s internal process. Drawing on training in interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, and body-based practices, I create a clear and safe container for expanded-state work to unfold.

This work is guided by clear ethical boundaries, informed consent. The breathwork is internally led, with an emphasis on integration, responsibility, and care beyond the session itself.
