An online 2hr NeuroDynamic breathwork session, includes several stages:
1) A 30 minute introductory talk, to prepare you for the session and includes the breathing technique. It is recommended first time breathers attend a minimum of two introductory talks, after this feel free to join the session 20 mins after the start time.
2) Following the introductory talk you start your 60 minute (unless otherwise stated) breath work journey to powerful, evocative music. Through deep rhythmic breathing and immersive soundscapes you'll quiet your thinking mind and tap into the wisdom of the unconscious.
3) Sharing circle which is optional to participate in but recommended to support your integration process after breathing.
