This breathwork is designed to open altered and expanded states of consciousness through breath and sound.
The work is experiential and internally led. The process unfolds on its own terms. Often in ways that are difficult to explain, but deeply felt.
People arrive through curiosity, a sense of being stuck, or a quiet knowing that something needs attention.
Over time, they begin to meet themselves and make sense of how they move through the world.
The Shape of a Session

A brief introduction covers the breathing technique and what to expect, so you can feel prepared and at ease.

With 60 minutes rhythmic breathing and immersive sound, where attention turns inward and the process unfolds.

Space is held for reflection and integration, so what’s been experienced can settle and be carried back into daily life.

The Art and Science of Breathwork
NeuroDynamic Breathwork works through physiological, neurological, and psychological processes.
Changes in breathing patterns influence blood chemistry, nervous system activity, and emotional processing, creating the conditions for expanded states of consciousness and deep integrative work.
The experience can be both intense and integrative, supporting emotional regulation, perception, and memory processing over time.
About Fiona
I'm Fiona a NeuroDynamic Breathwork facilitator, Relationship Mentor & Yoga Teacher based in Galway, Ireland.
My approach is grounded, non-intrusive, and deeply respectful of each person’s internal process. Drawing on training in interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, and body-based practices, I create a clear and safe container for expanded-state work to unfold.
This work is guided by clear ethical boundaries, informed consent, and a commitment to staying within scope. The breathwork is internally led, with an emphasis on integration, responsibility, and care beyond the session itself.
