What your session includes:

Introductory Talk

A 20 minute introductory talk that will provide guiding principles, the breathing technique and everything you need to know prior to breath work session.

60 minute Child Within Meditation & NeuroDynamic Breathwork Journey

Following the introductory talk, your journey will start to powerful, evocative music. Through deep rhythmic breathing and immersive soundscapes you'll quiet your thinking mind and tap into the bodies wisdom. 

Through meditation, and breathwork, connect with your inner child—the part of you that holds your earliest emotions, wonder, and wounds and quite often is what unconsciously is responsibly for our emotional reactions.  Nurture the archetypal mother—the presence within that soothes, protects, and reminds us: 

You are safe. You are enough. You are held.

Integration Sharing Circle 

After the session the facilitator hosts a sharing circle to support the integration of your process.
