Introductory Talk

A 30 minute introductory talk that will provide guiding principles, the breathing technique and everything you need to know prior to breath work session.

60 minute NeuroDynamic Breathwork Journey

Following the introductory talk, your journey will start to powerful, evocative music. Through deep rhythmic breathing and immersive soundscapes you'll quiet your thinking mind and tap into the bodies wisdom. 

Integration Talk

After the session the facilitator hosts a sharing circle to support the integration of your process.
